Connecting local restaurants with the local healthcare workers fighting COVID-19
Every day, healthcare workers in Boston battle COVID-19. To keep them fueled for the fight, The Boston Globe and chef Thomas John of Piperi are teaming up to serve them fresh-cooked meals from local restaurants.
This initiative is designed to provide both funding for Boston-area restaurants and support for hospital workers on the front lines, who are sacrificing their sleep and safety to protect our community.
