Esin Susol

Hardest Working Woman in Real Estate

Esin Susol, a Realtor with William Raveis Real Estate in Newton, has been recognized as a top producer for the past three years. The secret to her success? Clients say that she works harder than anyone they’ve ever met—and she doesn’t cut corners. “Being ethical pays more in the long run, and I take pride in the relationships I build,” Susol says.

When it comes to marketing homes from the North Shore to metro Boston to the South Shore, Susol puts her decade of hands-on experience and education to good use. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in global marketing and strategic business management. To round out her skillset, Susol has also earned several real estate-specific designations and certificates that add to her knowledge as a broker.

Real estate is a passion for Susol. She represents sellers, investors, and buyers—and loves a challenge. “When selling a property, I strive to stay ahead of the game by incorporating social media and digital marketing to increase visibility,” she says. At the end of the day, however, Susol recognizes that real estate is a people business. “Knowing how to read people and understand their needs makes me more effective. My focus is on delivering solutions, and one of my strengths is advising my clients through high-stress situations and acting as their advocate.”

Susol also brings an international perspective to her work; she has lived and traveled extensively throughout Europe and the U.S. In addition, she is involved in various international charities and organizations that focus on women’s empowerment and children’s education.

Susol is known by all who have worked with her as a smart, effective, and reliable professional.
