As a new construction specialist, Bain was part of the team responsible for selling Four Seasons San Francisco private residences, gaining invaluable experience with the hospitality brand. She was also part of the team successfully capturing $1 billion-plus in sales for Millennium Tower, featuring 442 condominium homes. It was the highest sellout in the history of the United States, outside of New York City.

Prior to joining the Millennium team, Bain was a professional golfer and LPGA member, teaching at top US courses — including Atlantic Golf Club, New York, and The Bears Club, Florida. She carries her athletic experience into real estate with a highly motivated and competitive work ethic. “I find a lot of parallels between the real estate world and the golf community,” she explains. “Both professions have taught me how important relationship-building is in understanding your clients’ needs.”

Boston’s most anticipated new address features homes sitting high on the Boston skyline offering 360-degree panoramic harbor and city views, five-star services, and unparalleled amenities. Winthrop Center also includes the largest Passive House office building in the world and is LEED Gold-certified, a residential paragon of urban sustainable design that is climate positive, future-forward, and wellness-focused. “I love contributing to something meaningful,” says Bain. “Winthrop Center will improve the city of Boston and act as a trailblazer for future buildings.”

Outside of the office, Bain and her husband are parents to three children. “My career is as much a part of my identity as being a mom,” she says. “Motherhood has taught me patience, multitasking, and efficiency, all talents I bring to the office.”
